HOW TO MAKE FRIENDS
Hello Everyone!
Sorry I haven’t written in
a while, I just finished moving to Oklahoma. Now I’m
the “New Girl At School” and this
month I am going to talk about “How to Make Friends”.
A girl I just met, who is also new at my school, came
to class the day after I did and at first seemed so stuck
up. She acted like she didn’t want to talk to anyone.
So I just left her alone. Later on, maybe a few weeks
after I started school, I already had a lot of friends.
I noticed that she still never really talked to anyone
so I just started talking to her.
After awhile, she asked how I made so many friends so
quickly. I really didn’t know but I remembered a
bible verse found in Proverbs 18: 24
that says “A man who wants friends must first
show himself friendly." I told her that I just
smiled and started talking to people and then we became
friends.
When I thought about it, I noticed
how she never really smiled and she didn’t talk
much to others unless they started talking to her first.
The point I'm trying to get across is that you can make
friends easily. Just follow what it says in the Bible
and you will make lots of friends. I guarantee that!
